Customers:
-We have a 14-Day Return Policy. You may return your purchased item(s) at any time and for whatever reason within 14 days and you will receive an entire refund minus original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return item(s). Returned item(s) must not be damaged or altered in any way for a return to be accepted. All refund payments will be refunded back to customer in the same method as they were received.
- All items ship within 7 business days after payments clear. We are not responsible for delays in payment processing. Processing times depend on our customer's financial institution and the method of payment chosen. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your item(s). We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival of item(s) after we have shipped the item(s). Tracking numbers will be emailed to all customers after item(s) have shipped. All shipments will be made by UPS or USPS. International shipping is welcome. Shipping rates for international destinations may vary depending on the weight of item(s) and destination of the shipment. Insurance is always included in the cost of shipping.
